How to Add and Manage Tags for Your Leads in SkillOutreach

Step-by-Step Guide to Adding and Managing Tags

Keeping track of hundreds of leads can be a challenging task. But with SkillOutreach, adding relevant context to your leads with tags makes the process much easier. Tags allow you to quickly understand your leads, filter them effectively, and much more. Here's how you can create and add new tags to your leads:

 

Step 1: Go to the Leads Section

Start by navigating to the Leads tab within SkillOutreach where your leads are stored.

 


 

Step 2: Click on "Click to Add Tags"

 Once you're in the Leads section, you'll see the option to add tags. Click on the Click to Add Tags button to begin tagging your leads.

 

 


 

Step 3: Click on "Highlight"

If the tag you want isn't listed, you can create a new one. Click on the Highlight option to proceed.

 

 


 

Step 4: Create a New Tag

Give a name and a color to your new tag. This will help you visually distinguish the tag when it's applied to your leads.

 

 


 

Step 5. Click on Submit

 Once you've created your tag, click on Submit to save it.

 

 


 

Step 6: Click on "Click to Add Tags"

Adding an already existing tag is super easy!

 

 


 

Step 7: Select Your Tag from the Dropdown

 In the dropdown menu, select the tag you've created or an existing one that fits your lead's category.

 

 


 

Step 8. Click on Submit

 Click Submit to apply the tag to your lead.

 

 

 
You can assign multiple tags to each lead, giving you the flexibility to categorize your leads in multiple ways. Additionally, you can filter leads by their tags for even better organization.
